He uses a mindfulness based, process oriented approach to allow his clients to achieve greater performance, reduce stress, and gain more enjoyment out of their lives.

In this conversation we discuss Ryan's work with elite athletes in the baseball world and how he helps them train to be more often in the present moment. Ryan also shows courage in discussing his own battles with anxiety. This may surprise some coming from a mental skills coach but this was a result of a condition called SIBO, which affects the gut bacteria of the small intestine. Once diagnosed and now treating the condition Ryan has made dramatic improvements but this highlights the link between the gut biome and mental health.
