When you’re constantly in other’s people’s heads trying to control what they think of you … step back into your own head and make it a safe place for yourself. It starts with realizing that realizing that how other people respond to you tells you about them, not about you. We can decide to like our reasons for what we do, be ok with other people being wrong about us, and focus on connecting with others instead of impressing them.
