16 Year old healthy food lover Maya Duncan is a fitness and yoga enthusiast, planet lover and a Leaving Certificate student. When I walked into her house, a delicious smell of baking wafted through the air. As the Banana bread was cooling, we sat down and had a very colourful conversation.
