When an emotional storm is brewing … let it pass through and clear out. “Processing emotions” is a buzzword, but what does it really mean? How do you do it, and what’s the end goal? Accepting and allowing emotions is a basic but powerful skill that can be learned and practiced as often as needed. The opposite is resisting emotions which causes its own problems.
