To understand who and how I was and I was enterting Costa Rica in 2021, it's important to have a sense of what portals had been opened already, and what I was poised to dive deeply into.

There were three psychedlic journeys during the first year of Covid lockdown that helped deepen my understanding of self, expand my consciousness to the edges that it was ready to reach, and open doors to the healing that lay on the horizon.

Through memory and read-aloud journal entries, in this episode I explore what happened during those journeys and share some of the things that were cememted as Truth in me as well as the insights I gained into my own being.
