There's a spectrum of emotions that come up during the holidays. While there are so many people excited about Christmas, being their favorite time of year, there are also people who have experienced some stress or trauma or losing their loved ones around the holidays. I, for one, lost my uncle just days before Christmas. And for many years, this has been a very difficult time for me. But through my journey, working with him since his spirit crossed over has helped me with my personal healing, and my mediumship has gotten easier.
Everyone's journey is unique. Some people experience anxiety, depression, overwhelm or pressure during the holidays due to unrealistic expectations, financial pressures, commitments, or whatever their reason is.
In this episode, I’m sharing some relaxation tips for handling times such as the holidays, so you can feel the peace that you deserve to feel in your heart and also get you back to your center. Then towards the end, I’m going to walk you through this beautiful guided meditation to help you feel calm and relaxed, especially around the holidays.
