Shawn and I are realizing communication (and being tactful!) are super hard when your business partner is also your spouse. 

I believe that communication is the most important aspect of businesses. The ability to listen, understand and then communicate your thoughts and ideas are simple concepts, but in reality can be difficult to do when personalities come into play. In this episode, I share some tactics we are trying in order to be more organized and communicate more effectively during our meetings.
