We would love to hear from you! Text us any feedback.

In this episode, we explore the significance of hitting the reset button on New Year's resolutions and reevaluating our goals. Opening up about my personal journey, sharing accomplishments like walking 500 miles and reading the entire New Testament, I encourage our listeners to reflect on their own goals and make adjustments as needed, offering practical tips for getting back on track and sharing strategies for a more organized and enjoyable holiday season in 2024.

During our conversation, I emphasize the value of reflection, building a community to hold you accountable, and continuing to move towards the goal rather than throwing in the towel.  Small progress is better than NO progress.

Lastly, I revisit the past holiday season with some vulnerability about my mom melt down on Christmas morning and how planning ahead for the holidays will eliminate some of that stress for next year.
