Carly Banks struggled with anxiety and depression before having kids, but had no idea how much worse it would get post-partum. After the birth of her second, she was completely lost. Carly cried daily and experienced episodes of rage, including once punching the walls of her infant son's room while screaming at him to go to sleep... until her husband carried her out, locking her in their bedroom. It was then she knew she needed help.
Carly shares about how she went from being the standard “frazzled, overwhelmed Mom” to saving her own life by making a significant investment in her wellbeing which ultimately led to creating a business teaching & supporting women and mothers. Her life’s purpose is to: “Be an incredible mom, and share what I’ve learned with every woman I can reach!”
