Jennifer talks passionately about her transformational journey of reclaiming her life as her own and showing up for herself every day by doing Pole Yoga and how that changed her life.
Tune into this vulnerable, honest and empowering episode to learn more about reclaiming your power in motherhood and how you can reconnect with what is ALIVE inside of you so that you can truly live your purpose!
“Finding your own harmony in your own body is truly important, because when we are in harmony then our kids feel our energy - they are directly connected - so if we feel chaotic and we are collapsing in our emotions and we are not tending to our self, then that is going to be what our kids learn. It's really important to take care of ourselves.”

Paula Shepherd helps womxn reclaim their voice + learn to use it and stop settling!
"It's important for us to dig in and figure out who we are because in motherhood we get so lost in that roll that we don't take the time to explore our values which are ever-changing. The way for you to have a happy life and sustainable business is to always be in alignment with those values."
Paula is a mom of 4 ranging in age from 4 to 15 and a Certified Confidence Mindset Coach helping women find their voice, learn to use it, and stop settling. Guilt traps us into situations that are not serving us, not only as mothers but as women separate from our children. We have our own needs, dreams and desires and we are the only ones who can meet those needs! If you’re consumed by guilt and it's keeping you from meeting your own needs, that's an opportunity to get curious about why you’re holding onto certain beliefs behind the guilt you're experiencing.
Tune into this episode where I dive deep into Guilt, Courage and Self Respect in motherhood to learn more about how they’re all interconnected and what you can do to support yourself in creating a life that you love and JOY that’s just for you!

In Episode 16, I talk with my friend Danielle Atkisson about her transition into motherhood and how she creates pockets of time throughout her day to grow her business, nourish an amazing online community, host a podcast, raise 3 young boys with her amazing husband AND create a life that brings her so much JOY!
Danielle’s mission is to help every woman shine their light, whether it is in business, motherhood and/or career. Danielle is ALL about staying in your own lane and opting out of the comparison game. We talk candidly about how hard it can feel to create space and time for ourselves in motherhood, why filling our cup makes us a better mama and the importance of having a community to connect with that feels safe, non-judgemental and supportive.
It IS possible to fill your cup within pockets of time throughout your day - tune into this episode with Danielle Atkisson to learn how!
In this episode, I share about the importance of forgiving ourselves in motherhood. The truth is, we all make choices and behave in ways that just don't feel good from time to time. Some of us might even feel trapped in a vicious cycle of self hatred. As mamas, we want to feel good about the way we’re showing up in our lives - both for ourselves AND for our family. Tune into this episode to learn about how helpful self forgiveness can be in creating a life that is aligned with your values so that you and your family can thrive!
