4. You Are Who You Are Waiting For

Is there a practice that you are looking to tap into? Something that you KNOW will be super good for you, if you give it the time it needs to become a habit? For me, it is mindfulness, and meditation. For you, it could be getting a 30 minute walk in every day.  A yoga or a stretching routine. It could be committing to learning a new language so you can better communicate with your colleagues. Or Finally signing up for that 5k, and setting a training plan for it. Maybe you want to look awesome in that bridesmaid dress, and would love to get those biceps nice and lean (ok that’s one of mine, too). It could be making an impact in volunteering in your community. What is your something? 

Can you imagine a world without habits?  What if we had to consciously decide how to put one foot in front of the other, every single time? It was be so cognitively taxing, we'd never get anything done.  We'll explore the science of habit, the habit loop, share my 3 simple tips to incorporating a new or enhanced practice into your life – until it becomes an auto-pilot practice.
