I’m going to be walking you through three ways to help you manage and navigate any negative behavior you may be experiencing inside your classroom. I’m super excited for this episode because classroom management is something I love to talk about! It’s something that took me a little while to figure out inside my classroom when I first became a lead teacher. 

1. Be PROactive rather than REactive
2. Plan for the ups and downs inside the classroom
3. Expectations are crystal clear

Managing negative behaviors takes work on your end, as the teacher but it does pay off. I’m not saying that every day will be rainbows and sunshine, but doing the work will help the harder days not be as hard as they could be.
