40: 4 Habits to Create a Dope Nighttime Routine

With our days being so packed with activities and tasks, we should be able to fall asleep easily, right?  The more things you do, the more energy you utilize... the more tired you should be.  In theory, this should all lead to falling asleep quickly and easily.

So how come it doesn’t? Our overactive brains. 

I have done a lot of trial and error with different ways to fall asleep more easily.  I can now happily say that I have found out the most important piece of being able to fall asleep... create a relaxing bedtime routine before you even crawl into bed.  I want to share this with you.
