Deb shares what it looks like to create a culture that embodies the “owner’s mentality,” so even though you have legal protections, you don’t usually need them. They discuss how to implement a "speak-up" culture and the resulting benefits. Deb shares the benefits of active listening and also provides a list of "minimum standard" legal protections that all organizations must have.
