She is the founder of The Leadership Lane, a consultancy through which she coached, consulted, and trained employees in organizations including BAE, Lockheed Martin, and many others.

She has a Doctorate in Education specializing in Organizational Communication and Leadership from Northeastern University, a master's degree in TV, Radio and Film from Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communications, and is a Certified Leadership Coach from George Washington's School of Public Communications.
