This episode discusses being grateful and reminding yourself to not take things for granted. A recent race in honor of one of the victims of the Stoneman Douglas shooting brings back memories of a sad day. I briefly spoke with Corey & Darius from Black Men Run and Black Girls Run about the race, the shooting, and their run groups. I also share my experience witnessing what happened the day of the shooting.
