This is the final episode of season one. So I'm updating you on what is going on with me, my long term care rotation, my next rotation, what I've been doing in my downtime and what the second season of the "40 Something and Interning" podcast has in store!

This episode is a summary of my first clinical rotation.  Though I was fearful of clinicals( like many of us), it was overwhelming positive. I'll tell you about my shining moments and tips that will help you shine as well!

I'm off the cuff this week and feeling appreciative of the little things.  Like...saving money, a more slim waist line and even plentiful K-cups!!  It's a quick one.

While we are interning, life does not stop. This episodes focuses on the importance of self care.  Why it's important, what it may look like, and how I've done it. 

Episode 5 is capturing me in a very tired state.  Excited....but tired.  The days have been long and focused.  My preceptor is EVERYTHING, so my fears of an awful clinical rotation have not come to pass.  This episode contains no edits because, well.... I'm tired, lol.  I'm giving you authentic intern life!! 

Episode 4 is about my first rotation experience. It was filled with a lot of information and projects. Some fumbles, some pressure...but many many strides! What did I learn? Listen in and find out!
