For a number of reasons, it’s difficult to definitively conclude much of anything around dreaming. But, the speculations and insights are fascinating, and thought provoking, to say the least - as is the scientific data we do have.

Today we dive into all the things about dreams and dreaming.  Why do we dream? How? What happens in our brains when we dream?  

I'll give you some tips on how to remember your dreams, and share some of the inventions and discoveries that came as a result of dreaming - some of which have impacted human kind as we know it!
