Loss is a tremendous motivator to take action because a loss or potential loss can be painful. However, there is something we gain in the process if we look closely. We are resilient as human beings, and we can work together in challenging times. You’ve probably suffered a loss of some kind and survived and perhaps even thrived. In this episode, I’ll be talking about our fears and thoughts around losing something and how we can come out of this for the better.
