Naming your new year gives it a theme, which is something you want to focus on and manifest along the way. It helps you distinguish your upcoming year from the past years, allowing you to mark your progress from year to year. Naming your new year is not a goal but an intention. An intention takes on a much bigger meaning, and it covers all aspects of your life. It’s something that you want to see running through all the areas of your life rather than something you want to accomplish singularly.
