Today I get to speak with Nicole Nyhan (they/she) who underwent a Kundalini awakening in 2021 that radically transformed their life. This consciousness and healing journey ultimately led to the creation of The Bridge, a space built to foster individual and communal healing, restoration, and connection.

We get to learn about what Nicole's life looked like prior to their awakening as an agnostic materialist. Then they walk us through some of the events that were likely contributing catalysts for this sudden and unexpected physical and psychological shift. Nicole has spent a lot of time trying to make sense of the physical and emotional experiences they were having. She shares what's she's learned and ponders the meaning of it with me.

We also get into the magic that conjured The Bridge and all the goodness that happens there: cacao, breathwork, womb circles, Queer Witch Club, yoga, Venus Day, astrology, community connection and lots more.
