Originally a rocket scientist, Ben pivoted into a 19-year career growing scale-up companies in London & Stockholm during which he regularly noticed, but couldn't fully explain, the emergence of transformational team performance at critical moments. Wanting to understand fully, Ben researched team dynamics during his Master's studies into the Psychology of Coaching and Behaviour Change, then launched Leader&Team in 2018.
