You're no stranger to the concept that your symptom is telling you something. Yet when you tune in to it, you mostly just hear a combination of painful narratives like, "You're doing something wrong" and "This is the proof you really are.. unloveable, broken, bad." - which you hear naturally as a consequence of the conditioning you received. But this is not what the symptom is actually telling you. The shift in hearing symptoms unskilfully, to hearing them skilfully, is the difference between managing and living with chronic symptoms, and fully healing them.
PLEASE NOTE: I don't coach in DM's, emails or comments but I'd love to hear your feedback and what your lightbulb moments or breakthroughs were. It also lights me up when you tag me (@thesarahkimberley) in the screenshots or podcast shares of you listening, thank you!
