Self compassion is key sis 🔑 And I know it’s hard!
When you’re feeling down because of your weight the last thing you think you deserve is self compassion
But you do❣️
And if it’s hard to be kind to yourself think of a loved one - how would you treat them if they came to you telling you they hated their body?
I used to picture my nieces or nephews, I’d never say the nasty things I used to say to myself, to them
Instead I’d hug them and remind them that they’re more than their appearance and to challenge where they heard that thought
Do the same for yourself - Hug yourself 🥰
Remind yourself that you are more than your appearance and challenge that narrative 🤔
