Hey, it's me, Jocelyn Parkhurst. Virtual hugs to everyone!
This morning was a Lisa Nichols morning! I watched her video, "3 Foundations to Quantum Leap your Life." I relate her three foundational points -- Consistancy, Sweat Equity, and Community -- to the way I use spirituality to own my thoughts as one of my tools.

I help high-achieving women who have experienced domestic abuse relationships own their thoughts through mindset tools and spirituality. As a domestic abuse survivor, I used high achievment as a way to gain significance and create connection. Yet, I always put others first, draining myself until I felt resentment and unfulfilled. Learning how to use mindset tools and sprituality to create new beliefs and stories -- putting myself first and giving to others from the overflow -- created confidence, self-love, and certainty that I could own my thoughts and my future.
I would love to hear what you find the most difficult in learning to find yourself and own your thoughts after domestic violence.
