He had problems from a very early age, but no one ever reported or dealt with his issues.  As an adult he never saw anything wrong with his behaviour or actions.  Even after being caught and sentenced to prison, being eventually released after much therapy, he is STILL making people very uncomfortable with his behaviour.   What to do with a problem like Colin?
