Meet Cait Keen. She’s a runner but also a dog mom, career woman, Tiktok creator (go follow her), and all around badass.
Some of her running accomplishments include qualifying for the 2020 Olympic marathon trials and winning the Cincinnati Flying Pig marathon…. twice.
Kelly was so excited to get to talk with Cait after following her journey for over a year on social media.
