  • Florean was abducted in HBP and was supposed to be rescued by the trio in DH, and he was supposed to provide clues for Harry on the Deathly Hallows - particularly the Elder Wand and also on Ravenclaw's Diadem 
  • It was cut from DH as it didn't work for the story
