ON this episode we talk to the founder of sub-only grappling event, Metamoris...Ralek Gracie. Ralek is the son of Rorion Gracie and grandson of the late Grandmaster Helio Gracie. He is a long time Brazilian Jiujitsu black belt who has been training since birth alongside his "Gracie Breakdown" brothers, Ryron & Rener. He will be competing against Gary Tonon at Metamoris 7 in the main event. We had a great time interviewing him...very interesting to say the least. Enjoy!
