Looking ahead to Week 6, New Albany visits unbeaten North Pontotoc to open Region 1-4A action (9:52). Also, Biggersville travels to undefeated Baldwyn (11:47), while 5-0 Bruce opens 2-2A play against Water Valley (13:12).
In other news, nine area players were selected to play in the annual Mississippi/Alabama All-Star Football Game (14:22).
Also today, the guys look at area teams that might make a state championship run in volleyball (1:40). First-round playoff games are Saturday and Tuesday.
