In this special Fall episode, we are
guided through an exploration of balance and harmony with nature’s cycles.
Inspired by today’s affirmation I reflect on how the shifting seasons mirror
our own transitions and personal rhythms. As the earth gracefully moves between
light and darkness, we are invited to find the that similar level of
equilibrium in our daily lives, learning to embrace both the times of action
and the moments of stillness.
In this episode I encourage you to let
go of rigid expectations of balance and instead, invite you to trust the natural
ebb and flow of life. Together we touch on cultivating awareness of our inner
