42. Getting Yourself to Do the Thing When You Don't Feel Like It

Resistance is a *normal* part of the process, a normal part of change, a normal part of being human. 

BUT, experiencing resistance doesn’t have to mean not following through with the thing :). 

We could experience resistance for a number of reasons, one of them being that our brains find change and doing something differently uncomfortable and unfamiliar 

We can acknowledge we’re experiencing resistance and choose to move forward anyway.

In this episode I go through different tools to add to your toolbox when you are experiencing resistance to help you follow through more often.
