This week we’re sharing with you two dreams/nightmares we’ve had recently. Similar to other things in our lives, our dreams were kinda synchronistic, and we both felt like we needed to have a full conversation to dissect the meaning of them both. Why do nightmares happen? When are scary things in dreams actually just symbols of something you’re struggling with in waking life?  Can you have a dream within a dream? Is it possible to feel guilt in a dream? And how come you don’t always realize when you’re lucid dreaming?! Join us as we pick apart weird characters and symbols we’ve seen on the astral plane, as well as talk about empath/narcissist relationships,  mothering our inner child, shadow work, and comforting our past selves.
