Happy Friday! /hugs
In talking with women working on their mindset after abusive relationships, the question that often goes through their mind is Why did I do that? It could be the big why did I stay in that relationship to the little why did I do ... , any little thing that takes away from our confidence.
Today I explore Dean Graziosi's "How thoughts create or destroy your self-confidence" video and relate it to my own life experience.

I help high-achieving women who have experienced domestic abuse relationships own their thoughts through mindset tools and spirituality.
As a domestic abuse survivor, I used high achievment as a way to gain significance and create connection. Yet, I always put others first, draining myself until I felt resentment and unfulfilled. Learning how to use mindset tools and sprituality to create new beliefs and stories -- putting myself first and giving to others from the overflow -- created confidence, self-love, and certainty that I could own my thoughts and my future.
I would love to hear what you find the most difficult in learning to find yourself and own your thoughts after domestic violence. ~ Jocelyn Parkhurst
On a quest to silence the villains in our heads so we can hear the superheroes in our hearts.
Creating magnificent self-love stories, one chapter at a time.
