Today's episode is with Lane Kawao who is a fellow podcaster and real estate investor with Simple Passive Cash Flow.

Lane is not like those typical real estate investors of flipping houses and getting rich quick. Lane talks about how to do this AND work full-time if this is your choice. Because, in order to purchase real estate, you will need to show a W-2.

He talks about how he looks for property he can rent starting at $900 to $1000 because of the calibre of the renter in this price range. He has rental property all over the U.S. and at the time of this recording had just quit his 9 - 5 to work his business full time.

Lane offers coaching sessions to people to help them with getting started and it is not a Dog and Pony show. He gets real with who he can work with. He only works with people who have $20,000 to $30,000 to put into an investment for purchasing real estate because you will need the 20% down for purchase.
