Mondays are connected to the Moon and are the perfect day for contemplation, intention setting, and beginning the week with a slow and soft energy. 

In today, we begin to set our intention for this week ahead by thinking:

"Where are we holding ourselves back? Where are we pulling back the string but not launching the arrow just yet?"
