In today's podcast episode, I talk to you about the 3 clutter types that I believe we fall under | situational, chronic, and hoarding.
In all these types, there is some sort of internal suffering. Whether it's trauma, stress, or other reasons which I talk about in this episode.
You may have thought of yourself as chronically disorganized or even as a hoarder up until now but I'd be curious if that changes after listening to today's episode.
Clutter can have a huge impact on our mental health and well-being as well as our health and overall happiness.
When we tackle the internal and external clutter in our lives, we become happier, healthier, and more fulfilled. It's time to rid your life of the clutter and be free again!
I hope you enjoy this weeks episode :)
