In this video I’m talking about the power of visualization and why it feels almost magical when you let yourself slip back into the imagination you had as a child. Back then you didn’t second‑guess every dream or overthink every possibility. You pictured what you wanted and your whole body believed it. You played. You explored. You created entire worlds in your mind without fear of being judged or doing it wrong.

Somewhere along the way life got louder and heavier and that playful part of you got pushed to the side.
