In this episode, I reflect on a recent mission trip to Barbados, where I joined 26 other men to serve alongside Pastor Kenroy Clark and the Church Village Church of Christ. It was a powerful experience—not just because of the work we accomplished, but because of the unique camaraderie, challenge, and growth that happens in a space where men sharpen one another.

This isn’t about diminishing the wisdom and beauty that women bring to our lives—we need them, and we’re better for it. But there is something distinct and valuable about male-only spaces, where boys and men can bond, be challenged, and step into responsibility in a way that is different from coed settings.
