#423: Tupelo among area teams playing for state title – 12/03/25
Brad and Brendan are here with lots of football to talk about.
The North half finals were held last Friday. Tupelo managed to rally past Oxford despite losing QB Braylen Williams to injury (2:54), while Calhoun City rolled past Biggersville (4:55). The state championships begin Thursday in Starkville. Calhoun City faces Simmons in 1A (6:04), while West Point goes for yet another 5A title against Brookhaven (7:39). On Saturday, East Webster faces reigning 2A champ Heidelberg (9:25), and Tupelo goes for a second straight 7A crown versus Gulfport (10:26).
