Workers there recently voted 18-0 to unionize and the company has responded with everything from refusing to bargain to firing organizers and even accusing them of kidnapping their boss.

Workers announced their intent to unionize due to a lack of accountability from management, consistent misgendering, a lack of transparency, harmful language, and faux progressive values.

In this episode, Meagan and Jon speak to Matt Littrell, an employee at the Amazon warehouse in Campbellsville, Kentucky who is leading the effort to unionize with the Amazon Labor Union. Littrell talks about what it's like to work at an Amazon fulfillment center and discusses Amazon's union-busting efforts.
