Here's a link to the Values Exercise we discussed and broke down so that you can try this at home. Let's define and redefine what values are most important to us at this time in our lives, keeping in mind that these can change. This is a helpful exercise to get clear on values before looking at our top priorities and how to schedule our lives to honor them.
