The nature of this expat life dictates that I only make it back to my passport country about once a year. This means that I usually (with a few exceptions) need to bring back clothes, toiletries, gifts, special foods, and supplies for my whole family for a year. The longer we live here, the better we get at finding decent things locally, but still- the prepping mindset is very real. And many of you travel back at even longer intervals. Where is the line between hoarding, and being prepared?
