Happy Monday and Happy Solstice! /hugs
This morning I watched a Lisa Nichols video on how to put yourself first, a great reminder that in owning my own thoughts I also must remember to do self-love activities. You can check out her video here: https://youtu.be/cjX5MT7YZjY

I help high-achieving women who have experienced domestic abuse relationships own their thoughts through mindset tools and spirituality.
As a domestic abuse survivor, I used high achievment as a way to gain significance and create connection. Yet, I always put others first, draining myself until I felt resentment and unfulfilled. Learning how to use mindset tools and sprituality to create new beliefs and stories -- putting myself first and giving to others from the overflow -- created confidence, self-love, and certainty that I could own my thoughts and my future.
I would love to hear what you find the most difficult in learning to find yourself and own your thoughts after domestic violence. ~ Jocelyn Parkhurst
On a quest to silence the villains in our heads so we can hear the superheroes in our hearts.
Creating magnificent self-love stories, one chapter at a time.
