43: Lose weight and keep it off - advice from those who’ve successfully done it

In today's episode we're talking all about weight maintenance, and how it's important to think about this WHILE losing weight (because the way you lose weight is the way you'll maintain it!) In particular, we chat about a study that looked at over 6000 people who had lost weight and maintained it for over a year, and the commonalities between the participants who were successful. They shared a lot of valuable advice that you'll wanna hear if you're currently on a weight loss journey.
