Michelle lives in Sheffield and is the Mum of one gorgeous girl who is 11 years old.
She has four pets, three cats and a dog.
She enjoys taking her dog for walks and making people laugh.
She has completed my FINDING FREEDOM FROM HABIT AND ANXIETY program AND is also a member of my Circle Community.
Michelle's story is very inspiring, and you will hear her talk about how she has gone from drinking 5-7 liters of cider daily, to being sober, and the impact that this has had on her life.
