We are now halfway through 2024! It is winter here in Australia and during this time of year, it feels like we all lose a lot of motivation and momentum, so to combat that, we can use the middle of the year as a 'check in point' to check in with ourselves, what we have achieved, what we want to change and what we want to work on. In this week's episode I bring on one of my besties - Eryn, and we discuss a 30-day challenge we are setting ourselves to reset our lives and get back to living in alignment with our greater goals.
