This week, I chat with a *new* dear friend, Deb Podlogar, known as @mocktail.mom on instagram for her fabulous mocktail recipes and AF (alcohol free) drink recommendations. Deb hosts an instagram LIVE show called, Making Friends and Mocktails, every Monday night at 9PM Est. (but don't worry, if you can't make the LIVE, she always posts the episodes so you can catch up). 

Deb is a wife and mom to two girls and lives in Kentucky. Her sobriety journey started December 31, 2020 and she's been a wonderful inspiration ever since. I could not believe when Deb and I found one another on instagram that she is also a breast cancer survivor!! To say we have some things in common would be a huge understatement.
