Kira is a functional medicine trained nutritionist, traditional naturopathic doctor, and hypnotist. She believes food has healing qualities and the majority of our health problems can be solved through proper nourishment and an understanding of the mind-body connection. She suffered from chronic digestive issues for 20 something years before leaving her career as a middle school teacher to pursue the world of nutrition and alternative health.
