You've been taught by the mind-body healing world that your symptom is 'just' some physical manifestation of emotions and issues like rage, insecurity, codependency, unworthiness, wrongness, and that symptoms themselves prove early childhood conditioning. For example, you had the general idea growing up that you were wrong or bad and you always felt burdened by the responsibility to look after/manage your caregivers- and now your symptoms of back pain or shoulder issues or fatigue, etc, seem to validate it because now you're "wrong" or "bad" or "burdened" by the symptoms.
⚡️How your early conditioning forms the bodymind layer aka who you are 'being' and why this has nothing to do with basic beige 'mind-body' protocols out there
PLEASE NOTE: I don't coach in DM's, emails or comments but I'd love to hear your feedback and what your lightbulb moments or breakthroughs were. It also lights me up when you tag me (@thesarahkimberley) in the screenshots or podcast shares of you listening, thank you!
